County resources available to help the community find support for their mental well-being

SAN DIEGO, Calif., (May 6, 2024) – San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), one of Southern California’s largest locally-owned financial institutions, is proud to support May’s Mental Health Matters Month and Live Well San Diego’s “It’s Up to Us” campaign to bring awareness to the mental health movement. “It’s Up to Us” is a countywide campaign that encourages you to learn more about mental health conditions and warning signs, find local resources and get support for the mental well-being of yourself and your loved ones.
