Authorization Agreement for Direct Loan Payments - to set up an automatic payment from another financial institution to your SDCCU loan (SDCCU Visa® credit cards are not eligible for this service). 

Direct Deposit Forms - to set up direct deposit to your SDCCU account. SDCCU’s ABA Routing Number is 322281617.  Be sure to provide your full 12 digit account number which includes any leading zeros and your account’s two digit suffix.  

Disputes – Select the link for a form to dispute a discrepancy in your credit report or ChexSystems® record. To file a card transaction dispute, visit a branch or call us at (877) 732-2848.

IRA Forms (Roth, Individual & Coverdell) - visit our IRA service center for appropriate forms.

Online Banking Transfer Form - to authorize transfers to other SDCCU accounts online.

Internet Branch Online Banking Self Service - log in for additional services such as:

  • Placing a stop payment
