Internet Branch online banking is safe and secure. Our enhanced security features can significantly reduce the risk of fraud while logging into Internet Branch. This means going beyond using the traditional combination of Account Number/Username and Password to verify your identity. SDCCU also uses Verisign's Extended Validation (EV) SSL, the highest standard for website authentication. New Internet Branch enrollees will be prompted to select and answer a few security questions during enrollment. Be sure to remember your answers - the questions and answers will be used to retrieve lost passwords and help us verify your identity. If you have a Joint Owner on the account, you will need to share your answers with them. You can update your security questions at any time through Internet Branch Self Service. Select Manage Reset Password Answers under Personal Information. You will be prompted to answer one of your previously selected security questions to validate your identity periodically. Other circumstances when you will need to answer one of your security questions include:
This is just another way we keep your information safe. Please note: This is not a phishing scam. The questions are coming from our secure online banking site at sdccu.com and this security update is part of our standard operating procedures.

To view/print your records, you need to have access to a printer and Adobe® Acrobat Reader. If you do not have Adobe Acrobat Reader installed on your computer, you can download it for free at adobe.com. Username and Password: Signing into Internet Branch online banking requires your Username and Password. Your Username may be your primary account number without a suffix. For example, if your account number is 001223456790, omit the leading zeros and suffix 90 (use 12234567). Passwords are established for you with access to TalkTone Teller®, our automated phone account access and Internet Branch. Once assigned, you can change your password online through Internet Branch Self Service. Timeout: To protect your information, Internet Branch automatically defaults to a time-out feature following 15 minutes of no activity. At that time, the system will terminate the session should you inadvertently forget to log out. Online Transfers: Transfers take place immediately, provided there are no holds on the funds. Funds can be transferred between your accounts with the same member number. You can also transfer money between your accounts with different account numbers through our expanded Electronic Transfer feature. Transfers may also be affected by Regulation D. Please refer to our Things You Need to Know About Your Account disclosure for more information regarding Regulation D.
