It’s Up to Us encourages you to learn more, find local resources and get support for the mental well-being of yourself and your loved ones.

The County of San Diego, along with the larger community who support loved ones with mental health conditions, will focus on raising awareness, offering support and sharing local resources. It’s Up to Us helps connect the community with local resources. For more information, visit Up2SD.org.

“We are proud to continue to support the County of San Diego and Live Well San Diego during Mental Health Matters Month,” said Teresa Campbell, SDCCU president and CEO. “There is a correlation between physical, mental and financial health, and we encourage members of the community to check in with their mental health to help reduce stress.”

As one of California’s largest locally-owned financial institutions and a Live Well San Diego partner, SDCCU is dedicated to improving overall economic well-being by engaging in several financial wellness efforts. Research shows that poor financial health can often lead to diminished physical health and financial stress which can significantly affect mental health. SDCCU is committed to helping improve the lives of those in our communities through a variety of financial resources, including financial wellness webinars and blogs on a variety of topics aimed at improving financial health.
