Important Information Regarding SDCCUdirect External Transfer and Automatic Loan Payment Service

SDCCUdirect external transfer and automatic loan payment service will sunset September 1, 2023

If you are a member who currently uses the SDCCUdirect external transfer and automatic loan payment service and you are looking for an alternate way to make an external transfer or loan payment, we encourage you to use any of the various transfer options available to members:

SDCCU Easy Pay
Pay your auto or mortgage loan without logging into Internet Branch online banking, with an account from another financial institution, using our convenient SDCCU Easy Pay. All you need is your non-SDCCU bank routing and account numbers or your non-SDCCU debit card. Once registered, you can easily set up recurring payments or complete a one-time payment – it’s up to you. There is a convenience fee to pay with your debit card but ACH payments can be made with no fee; see the Consumer Services Fee Schedule. Payment limits apply.

For Real Estate Loan payoffs, please call SDCCU at (877) 732-2848 to request a total payoff amount.  Additional fees and/or finance charges may apply. 

ACH Payment (other bank account to SDCCU)
Set up pre-authorized monthly payments from your account at another financial institution. Complete the Authorization for Direct Payment Form and return by mail or to your local branch.

External Transfer (other bank account to SDCCU)
Please contact your other financial institution to ensure you can set up the transfer. They will require SDCCU routing number and your SDCCU account number, which can be found within your Internet Branch online banking account, or you can call us at (877) 732-2848 to retrieve your account number.

SDCCU Mobile Deposit 
Write a check to yourself or SDCCU from your other financial institution and use SDCCU Mobile Deposit to deposit the funds into your SDCCU account. 

Popmoney

Popmoney via SDCCU Bill Payer Plus® was discontinued on June 30, 2023. SDCCU will not be replacing Popmoney with an alternative service however SDCCU accounts can still be linked and used through other person-to-person services (e.g. PayPal®, Cash App, Venmo, etc.) at member discretion.
