A big thank you to SDCCU members and the community for their generosity!

SAN DIEGO, Calif., (July 20, 2026) — San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®), one of Southern California’s largest locally-owned financial institutions, raised $24,352 to support the efforts of Rady Children’s Health in San Diego and Orange County this past May during its annual Miracle Month of May campaign. Funds generated from the campaign will be used in part to help provide essential medical care for children at the two children’s hospitals.


Donations were collected online and at SDCCU’s convenient branch locations in San Diego, Riverside, and Orange counties throughout May 2026. The combined efforts raised $21,558 in San Diego and $2,794 in Orange County, for a total of $24,352, far exceeding the $10,000 goal.

More than 10 million kids enter children’s hospitals like Rady Children’s Health across North America every year. Children’s hospitals rely on donations and community support to provide the best care for kids, as Medicaid and insurance programs do not fully cover the cost of care and other programs such as play rooms and support dog programs.
