SDCCU returns as title sponsor of the beloved San Diego college football tradition kicking off December 23 at Snapdragon Stadium
SAN DIEGO, Calif., (August 27, 2026) – San Diego County Credit Union® (SDCCU®) , one of California’s largest locally-owned financial institutions, is proud to announce its return as the title sponsor of the SDCCU Poinsettia Bowl as the game makes its highly anticipated return to San Diego. The 13th SDCCU Poinsettia Bowl will kick off Wednesday, December 23 at 4:30 p.m. at Snapdragon Stadium and will air on the CW Network.
For 12 years, the SDCCU Poinsettia Bowl was a celebrated December tradition in San Diego. Bringing college football fans together and showcasing top teams from across the country. First played in 2005, the bowl returns in 2026 with a matchup featuring the Pac-12 against a Power 4 opponent from the ACC, Big Ten, or Big 12 conferences.
“We are proud to return as the title sponsor of the SDCCU Poinsettia Bowl and continue a partnership that brings our community together and creates a tremendous economic impact throughout the region,” said Teresa Campbell, SDCCU president and CEO. “As a credit union we believe in investing in the people and organizations that help our region thrive, and this partnership allows us to support our local economy while creating a positive impact that extends well beyond the game.”

Tickets will first be available to annual Holiday Bowl ticket holders, followed by an exclusive presale for SDCCU members before tickets go on sale to the general public in September.
