This year’s event will be held at the Lake Skinner Recreation Area in Winchester, where the celebration will kick off with early morning hot air balloon rides above Lake Skinner and a full line-up of concert events to follow.

The Temecula Valley Balloon and Wine Festival has been a long-standing tradition since 1983. It has grown over the years and now welcomes 30,000+ visitors over three days. The festival offers traditional hot air balloon rides, a Balloon Glow, dozens of local wineries and breweries, craft vendors, food vendors, and headliner entertainment on two different stages throughout the entire weekend
