Internet Branch Online Banking Updates
Coming soon, SDCCU Internet Branch online and mobile banking will be updated to a new version. This version has minor fixes, security enhancements, and will provide members an improved member experience.
Updates within Internet Branch include:
- Login Page: In addition to a fresh background, desktop users will have the ability to show or hide their password when signing in, and mobile application users will be shown alerts on the login page.
- Profile, Settings, and Messages Menu: Members will be able to easily update their profile, adjust settings, and view Secure Messages within the drop-down menu shown when selecting the account holder's name in the top right corner in Internet Branch.
- Account Activity: The Account Activity page will be renamed Account History and can easily be found by selecting an account within the Accounts Summary section. The Account History page includes a new search feature to view specific transactions based on date range, amount range, or check number.
You will still have access to your most-used functions, and your login credentials will remain the same.
Mobile App Users: When you access the SDCCU Mobile App after the update, you will be prompted to update to the latest version [iOS version 25.1.14(xx) and Android version 25.1.14(xx)] when you open your app on June 23. Please note: all previous versions of the SDCCU iOS and Android Mobile Apps will not be supported.
To update your app, visit the iOS App Store or the Android Google Play Store and search "San Diego County Credit Union." Once found, select "Update" to update to the latest app version.

I can't find the account activity section. How can I look at my account activity?
To access account history, visit the Account Summary section under accounts. The Account Summary page will show all SDCCU accounts. Account history can be viewed by selecting the account within the Account Summary page.

How do I find out which mobile app version I have?
The app version can be found at the bottom of the login screen (just below "location") when opening the app.

Do I have to create a new Internet Branch login?
No, your username and password will not change. Login with your current username and password.
