Bill Payer Plus® Updates
Bill Payer Plus® services within SDCCU Internet Branch online and mobile banking have been updated to a new version that provides our members with a more intuitive and engaging bill pay experience.
When you arrive at the Bill Payer Plus screen, you will be presented with a welcome screen to guide you through the new bill pay experience. Additionally, there is a "What's New" page within Bill Payer Plus that summarizes all the changes. You can rest assured that your previous billers, billing history and autopay settings have been transferred to the new service.
Main features available in this update include:
- Autopay: Setup autopay for eBills and recurring payments. Autopay settings remain the same for members using autopay
- Biller Features: Users can add, view and edit billers, as well as create, assign and manage biller groups
- eBills: Activate, view, pay and manage eBills
- Single and Multiple Payments: Desktop and tablet users have access to make multiple payments at a time
- Payment Reminders: Users have the ability to set up automatic and manual payment reminders to ensure all payments are made on time
- Payment Activity Access: View, manage and download payment activity
- Customer Service Inquiries: Users can submit payment inquires regarding processed payments
Features that were discontinued from Bill Payer Plus include:
- Profile and Account Management: Profile and account information changes are now performed directly through online and mobile banking
- Help Center: Please contact SDCCU by sending a Secure Message through Internet Branch online or mobile banking for the fastest and most efficient service regarding any Bill Payer Plus questions or concerns. The Help Center is no longer be available within Bill Payer Plus.
- eBill Multiple Activation: This service has been discontinued
- Biller Updates for Pending Payments: The manual option to apply an update to a biller after a change to the account used to pay the biller is no longer available
- Biller Categories: New custom biller categories were removed and all billers were automatically assigned to a predefined category when added. Billers assigned to a category prior to the update will remain.
- Bill Reason Filing: The bill reason filing option is no longer being listed
