Our website has recently been updated, but what does this mean for you?

Internet Branch online banking login has not changed. You can sign in using your current Internet Branch username and password.

If you experience issues logging in to your account, please try clearing your website history and cookies on your browser. 

  • Google Chrome - Click the three-dot menu icon found in the top-right corner of the browser, hover your mouse cursor over "More Tools" and select "Clear Browsing Data." Ensure the "Browsing History" and "Cookies and other site data" boxes are checked and click "Clear now." 
  • Microsoft Edge - Click the three-dot menu icon found in the top-right corner of the browser and select "History." Click on the three-dot menu icon and choose "Clear Browsing Data." Ensure the "Browsing History" box is checked and click "Clear Now."  
  • Apple Safari - Click "History" from the menu bar, then select "Clear History." Select the time period you want to clear history from and click “Clear History.” 
  • Mozilla Firefox - Click the three-line menu (aka hamburger stack menu) icon found in the top-right corner of the browser and then navigate to "History" then "Clear Recent History." To delete your entire browsing history, select "Everything" at the top of the window and check "Browsing & Download History," "Cookies" and "Browser Cache" and select "Ok" in the detailed list of items to clear.

Q: Will I be able to use SDCCU Easy Pay on the new website? 
A: Yes, Easy Pay will still be available to pay your auto or mortgage loan with or without logging into Internet Branch. Visit the Easy Pay website here.
 
Q: How do I access my credit card rewards?
A: The credit card rewards location and access has not changed. To log in, visit the Signature Rewards website.
 
Q: How do I log into my Prepaid Reloadable Debit Card Account?
A: The location and access to your prepaid reloadable debit card account has not changed. To log in, visit the PrePaid website.
