Artist Zara Larsson to perform at winning local high school

SDCCU and Channel 93.3 have teamed up to give students at San Marcos High School an unforgettable holiday treat! San Marcos High School showed the most school spirit and won a private performance from one of today’s hottest emerging artists, Zara Larsson!

Students posted photos on Instagram to show their school spirit for a chance to win a private performance with Zara Larsson, a popular artist known for her hit song “Never Forget You.” This year has been big for the 18-year-old pop star with a number of hits from her album “Lush Life,” one of which she collaborated with hit DJ, songwriter and producer David Guetta, titled “This One’s for You.” She just concluded a whirlwind tour and is set to perform at the BBC awards on Dec. 12. In addition to the free performance, SDCCU is giving the winning school a $1,000 award!
 
In previous school spirit contests, Mira Mesa High School won a concert by Echosmith and a second performance by Alessia Cara, and Scripps Ranch High School won a private Tori Kelly concert last December.
