SDCCU Supports Community with Holiday Bowl Sponsorship

SDCCU has supported the San Diego Bowl Game Association for many years, as a premier sponsor of the Holiday Bowl and as the only title sponsor of the Poinsettia Bowl until its last game was played in 2016. SDCCU is proud to continue to serve the San Diego Community as the title sponsor of the San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl. We are especially proud of its tremendous impact on our hometown during a time when the region's tourism industry is at its slowest.

Over the past 40 years, the San Diego County Credit Union Holiday Bowl has had a significant impact on San Diego. As the ONLY credit union across the country to sponsor a bowl game, San Diego County Credit Union (SDCCU) is often asked why we do it. For us, the answer is simple. The game is a holiday tradition here in San Diego, it gives back to a charitable cause, generates tourism, creates memorable experiences, generates tax dollars and impacts the local economy.
