SDCCU Account Statement Changes Coming In March!

SDCCU^® will be making some improvements to all of your account statements. Beginning with your February 2010 statements, mailed in March, you’ll find that your statements have a new look and feel with an improved graphic design that is easier to read. These updates will help you find what you need to know quickly and easily. All of your important information will be at your fingertips, with added enhancements that make everything more streamlined and accessible.

At-A-Glance Account Summary
We will add an account balance summary box in the top right corner of your statement to make it easier to see at-a-glance what your balances are in each of your account types.

Improved Transaction Summary
Some modifications will be made to the transaction summary section to make it easier to read – with the bonus of clearer and more concise information at your fingertips.

More Colorful Online eStatements
New color enhanced eStatements will be accessible online. If you haven’t already signed up – you should check out our free online eStatements – they’re convenient and you get up to 12 months of statements at a click of a mouse. Save resources and reduce the risk of fraud and identity theft that may come with paper delivery.

Your paper versions that come in the mail will still be printed on Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) Certified paper. The FSC Paper used on your statements benefits people and the environment and provides ongoing business value.

Enhanced Reporting And Streamlined Disclosures
At-a-glance dividend and finance charge information for the current period and year-to-date will appear on your new statement. In our effort to streamline our new statements and to further our “Go Green” initiative, disclosures will now appear on the back of the first page of all statements.

Additional Visa Account Statement Changes
Beginning with January Visa^® Statements mailed in February, the billing cycle will be from the 2nd of each month through the 1st of the following month. In past statements, advances were included in each statement cycle from the 28th to the 27th of the following month. The payment due date will continue to be on the 27th of each month.
