Why are you asking me to change my security questions?
In accordance with new federal requirements, security enhancements are being made to our online banking system. As a result, you may be required to update your online banking security questions and responses. This easy process will help ensure your online banking experience continues to remain top notch.
Do I need to remember my new questions and answers?
Yes, please be sure to remember your answers - the questions and answers will be used to retrieve lost passwords and help us verify your identity.
What if I want to change my questions and/or answers in the future?
You can update your security questions at any time through Internet Branch Self Service. Select Manage Reset Password Answers under Personal Information.
When will I be asked a security question?
You will be prompted to answer one of your previously selected security questions to validate your identity periodically. Other circumstances when you will need to answer one of your security questions include:
- When you forget your password.
- When we detect that the way you regularly log into Internet Branch changes. For example: if you normally log into Internet Branch at your home computer and you log on from your sister's house while you are on vacation, you may be prompted to answer one of your security questions to verify your identity.
- If your browser updates to a newer version.
This is just another way we keep your information safe. If you have any questions, please contact us via Live Chat during normal business hours.
I'm having trouble logging into mobile banking.
