TouchTone Teller uses your touch-tone phone to guide commands. Select your transaction choice from the menu options provided and then enter the numeric choices on your phone's keypad.

TalkTone Teller
TalkTone Teller uses voice commands to guide your choices. By speaking clearly into the receiver, you have the convenience of guiding transactions from any phone connection. TalkTone Teller works best if you use these tips:

•  Speak clearly in your natural tone of voice.
•  Use regular phones to get the best results - speakerphones and cell phones may have background noise or static.
•  Say "repeat" if you'd like to hear information again.
•  Say "next" if you'd like to skip ahead.
•  To return to the beginning, say "main menu."
•  To return to the beginning of the balance and transactions (banking) menu, say "transactions."
•  Interrupt prompts to move along more quickly once you become familiar with the options.
•  Say "goodbye" to end the call.
